Music is amazing for brain development, especially in young children and is one of the only activities that stimulates and activates the entire brain.
Think of Jungle Music as a development course, with music as the main tool. Social skills, listening skills, and fine & gross motor skills will improve in every lesson as your child is immersed in a multi-sensory environment.
“My daughter has been going since she was 6 months (now 2.5 years) and loves it! Her confidence, speech and ability to copy and follow direction is amazing! Now I can’t wait to start my second daughter…
— Gillian Lenz, parent★★★★★

throughout the course your child will grow in so many ways through activities that nurture the 9 Key Learning Elements that young children need to develop into good learners including:

Hi I’m Caelyn, Your Music Teacher
I grew up learning music in a formal, classical setting, and that experience has shaped the way I teach today. While I value the structure and discipline that come with classical training, I also believe that music should be enjoyable and accessible to everyone. My goal is to create an environment where students not only develop strong musical skills but also build a lifelong love for playing.
One of the ways I do this is through group lessons. Learning alongside others fosters a sense of community, helps students stay motivated, and makes the learning process more fun. Students who feel connected to their peers tend to stick with lessons longer, which ultimately leads to greater musical growth.
I also believe students should play music that excites them. While I introduce them to classical and foundational repertoire, I encourage them to bring in songs they love—whether it’s a favorite pop song, a movie theme, or something they heard on social media. When students feel personally invested in the music they play, they’re more likely to practice, improve, and stay engaged.
Finally, I’m always learning and growing as a teacher. Whether it’s exploring new teaching methods, refining my curriculum, or finding fresh ways to inspire my students, I believe that great teaching starts with being a lifelong student myself. My goal is to create a space where students feel supported, challenged, and excited to make music every day.
